Park Place Assisted Living

It’s taken me a couple months to be able to write this review. I try to keep things positive however I would feel guilty not expressing my concerns about the quality of care being provided. My mother lived at Park Place Assisted Living for a couple years and things were great in the beginning but once COVID-19 hit everything changed. Park Place became more like a prison and less like a happy home. My mother felt so isolated, lonely and depressed and was starting to give up on life. It was heartbreaking. After they cut the hours of the staff the quality of the food got so bad I was having to drop off groceries for her at the front gate. I wouldn’t recommend moving anyone into Park Place Assisted Living until they make changes and start caring about the residents. In the end they didn’t care about my mother. All they cared about was making money.

Park Place is a wonderful community. Their staff is very helpful and kind people. The Wellness Director was very helpful and knows a lot about the elderly. She went above and beyond making sure my grandmother was getting excellent care. The community was very clean and meals are wonderful. My grandmother and family are very pleased with Park Place and their staff. I would recommend this community.
