Oxford Healthcare Home Health Agency in Springfield is working out very well, I like the ladies they have sent out. Now I have a great Lady, on a permanent basis, at least I hope she will be permanent. I tell the new recruits, (to pretend they are cleaning for their persnickety Mother-in-Law. And if they don't have one, pretend they are cleaning their own home.) And have a feeling of pride in the difference they make from walking into and walking out of every clients home. They, the aids, really help us to live in our homes and adds a quality of life we would not have in any other place. Then there's the extra special effect of making a new friend.
