Oakwood Luth Hebron Oaks

I am livid just thinking of how Oakwood Luth Hebron Oaks treated my grandmother. The staff takes forever to answer the call button, which is attached to the wall and easily fumbled and dropped on the floor or lost in bedding. Antiquated system for elderly people. They didn't bother to look for my grandmother's lost hearing aid. We had to come look for it and find it ourselves. They just put my grandmother on a bed pan at night and told her to not bother calling about bathroom issues and then just had her go in depends. We had to wash her clothing and it was all always soiled with urine. They put her to bed when they wanted not to deal with her anymore. One night we stopped by and she was already in bed at 7. She became so depressed here. The rooms aren't nice and the staff to patient ratio is ridiculous. The nurse missed multiple appointments with us.
