Building is attractive. Rent expensive. Senior Service Fee of $105 added to rent automatically for services provided they non senior apartments don't have. They have an undisclosed policy for air conditioning repair after hours or weekends. When you call the answering service you're asked if you have a documented medical condition on file. This is when you first find out you need this document. Since you don't have one filed you can't get the a/c fixed at that time. Sad they don't use the $105 Senior Service Fee to cover it since tenants pay the extra amount every month. Deceptive policy.

I did tour this place, but not a unit within the building. It is very nice and my daughter said the units were wonderful. We currently are renting at Crystal Lakes in Green Bay, WI read more
