They have had bedbugs for over 2 years, black mold, ceiling cracking and falling down in apartments and in the hall. I’ve had 18 leaks from 2nd floor apartment in the 4 years I lived there. Manager Tina threatens residents monthly with 3 day evictions. You can't cook after between the hours of 8:30pm and 8:30am as if it's smelled you get evicted. Too many are illegally evicted. I was eaten up 2 years with bedbugs. It took 6 months for the first bug treatment, and they refuse to do heat treatments, just spray which does nothing and now they won't even treat. They are forcing residents to buy their own and they make sure you spray yourself monthly. Manager wanted me out for calling HUD when an employee threatened me and I called the police, so she lied and said she heard me say I hate Jews when I am Jewish. I also called owners and neither owners or HUD do anything to help and elderly are being abused by management.
