Nevada Adult Day Healthcare Centers

My son has been with Nevada Adult Day Healthcare Centers for over 2 years. The PA's and staff are so caring and attentive of my son's needs. He is partially paralyzed, nonverbal and incontinent. Suzie is great and has a very challenging job trying to keep the staff. I sympathize with her as so many excellent PA's as well as Activity Directors have left. I can only speculate that it has to do with financial issues since I have witnessed only positive interacting between the staff members. It only leaves me to believe that the pay scale is too low for the requirements of the job as caring caregivers. Personally, I do hope the administration or owners are appreciative of having such a balanced staff that is a very prominent concern of family members of the patients or clients of the facilities. I travel from the Northwest just because the staff members are so great, my son is always well kept and although unable to verbally communicate, he does want to go to daycare.
