Montvale Estates

This facility has rapidly declined over the last two years.There are crumbling sidewalks and facilities in need of repair including broken washers dryers. There are only two washers and dryers on each floor. The residents have had thefts reported by other residents and there is no security in the building anywhere. The light bulbs are burned out for months at a time. The food is terrible and not even enjoyable. Staff turnover is high and they lack adequate activities. There is only one working elevator that is frequently broken down. The couches in the atrium are filthy. Residents are allowed to smoke inside.
