Residents are not Masonic Village's primary consideration. A loved one is in Personal Care. They are served dinner at 4:30! Who eats dinner that early?! The residents say this makes for a very long evening and they are hungry later in the evening and when going to bed. I was horrified. it's clear that the late afternoon dinner time accommodates and is convenient for the dietary staff, not the paying residents.
