This is a basic care home. It is located close to Lake Mission Viejo in a nicer area. The home was old but well kept. The furniture was a little old. No frills. The residents were non alert at the time of the tour so could not get a feel for the environment. They had the basic activities- bingo etc. Care givers were not that engaging. Home is appropriately prices for what you get. This owner has 2 other homes in HB.
