Kindred Hospital - Louisville

Let me start by saying please do not bring your loved one to this place!! My Mom was there for about a month before we were able to move her. First time we tried to move her we were told we couldnt move her from one hospital to another?? She declined while being in their care. We were with her everyday until at least 7 pm every night. Nothing happened unless we did it ourselves or stayed on top of the staff. Not all staff was bad but majority was! One aide in particular saw my Mom after she hadn't seen her in a few days and said get her out of this place before she dies! Now what does that alone say? Her case manager was non responsive and did not serve any use. The last straw was went we went to visit early one morning and ahead her bedding was soaking wet! The room smelled strong of urine. Someone had pushed her breakfast tray over her lap and walked out. Wish I knew a way to make sure others won't suffer in their care! Food is bad for the most part too! Stay far away from here!!
