I lived in Holiday Hills for two years. It was a nightmare mainly because of the manager working there. It is not a 55 + park. They were allowing pretty much anyone to move in . My neighbor, who was renting one of their homes, was in her 30’s. Rent kept going up and if there was a problem nothing was done about it. Many years ago this was a great park but, again due to the management who is running it, this place is not a good place to live.
