Harbour Pointe Adult Family Home

My mom has had a great experience with Harbour Pointe Adult Family Home so far. The caregivers are lovely people and did an excellent job taking care of my mother these last 9 months. On a side note, you cannot find an Adult Family Home with a view of this kind. Upon entering the living room, my breath was taken away by the expansive view of Puget Sound; you have to see it to believe it.

I was very fooled by the owner of this home. My family member spent numerous times in hospitals during her stay. Instead of calling an ambulance, the owner called me to take my family member to an ER more than five times within 6 months. Many times, there was only one aide dealing with 6 people. There were no activities! My family member was kept in her room. neglected and her medications weren't given correctly. The owner was barely there and left new Aides in charge of giving medications. Please, don't entrust your loved ones to anyone without dropping in unexpectedly.
