Haley Glazer took care of my elderly aunt about ten years ago when I was in LA and my aunt was in NY and really started to fail. I had not even met this aunt yet myself. She returned my phone call a short time later, and after identifying herself and apologizing for taking "so long" to get back to me (it may have been an hour at the most), she asked if it was an emergency and if she needed to get over to my aunt's house right away. No talk about what her fees were or anything else. That was my introduction to an intelligent, caring and patient caretaker. She was able to get the right caregivers in place (24 hour care), keep me updated on everything all the time, and get through all the red tape, etc., all with a sense of humor. She worked well with the caregivers, doctors, my aunt (who was cranky and difficult) and me. She was there to the end for my aunt. I still miss Haley to this day and know I could not have gotten through it all without her. Wish there were ten stars to these ratings!
