Definitely has slipped in performance since we last had a family member as a resident there. Long wait times to answer call bells. Had a family member there solely for rehab to go back home after a short hospitalization. Other than 30-40 minutes of physical therapy 6/week there was no other game plan and member remained in a wheelchair the remainder of the day. Was so weak at discharge we had to take member to our home and is almost total care. Also discovered severe pre-ulcers on the legs that we were never notified of.
