Daniel Goodsell, CELA
Daniel V. Goodsell, JD, CPA, CELA is one of the founding partners of the law firm of Goodsell & Olsen. Dan represents clients in guardianship proceedings, probate proceedings and proceedings for the administration of trusts. Dan also advises clients on estate planning, asset protection planning, tax planning, planning for long term care and special needs planning for elderly and disabled persons.
Dan is a certified specialist in elder law (CELA) by the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. He has over twenty years experience as a practicing attorney and three years of experience as the vice president of finance for a large manufacturing company. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Nevada, California and Utah and he was a licensed certified public accountant (now inactive) in the state of Utah.
Dan received a BS degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1987 and his law degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1990. He is a member of the Nevada State Bar, California State Bar, Utah State Bar, National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Counsel.
