Multiple problems. #1 the owner [ rn ] falsified medical records as we got my mother out of there; contrary to the drs. report on my mother. Stopping mom from moving. #2 mom was dehydrated and went to the hospital for three days because of the care she received. #3 mom would get stomach aches 2-3 times a month, on food prep. Never seen gloves used. Ice and other foods are handled with bare hands. I’ve seen many times a person that is under care using a knife to cut up stuff for lunch like strawberries with no gloves. #4 one of the patrons was not supposed to be there by law because of the aggressive nature, but lately she has been sleeping as if medicated. This lady came after mom with fists flying a few times in the past. Other patrons must have had similar things happen. Same lady said more than once she was going to kick my a- - . #5 the turnover on workers there is very frequent. We would get a good care taker and boom gone - sad. #5 the owner the [ rn ] is rarely there. The rules change when she walks out the door. I do have other stories for another day... I would rate Elderly Solutions lower but it did not allow me to. All of this is true. Please don’t let your family member move there. Going to b.b.b. next.
