Discovery Memory Care offers seniors with memory impairment a secure and comfortable home. We offer different levels of memory care from an experienced and well-trained staff. Our home offers three meals a day and allows for dietary accommodations, provides transportation to local medical appointments, and creates personalized care plans that strive to meet the unique needs of memory impaired seniors and their families.
