Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation

My mother recently spent two weeks at Cypress Pointe Rehab. The staff weren't very helpful or friendly. They were not at all attentive or responsive to my mom's needs. Her surgeon at NHRMC recommended this place and I really wish we had been offered a chance to tour this place beforehand, because we would not have chosen it. The staff is definitely not trustworthy as several of my mother's personal effects were missing at the end of her stay there. While she was there I left several messages to speak with a caseworker/ social worker and never got a response from anyone. These are just a few reasons I gave them one star and even that's being generous. Do not be fooled by these 4 and 5 star reviews.
