Creamery Brook Village

The building is decrepit. The heat and A/C are inadequate when they function. The floors are uneven and creak. The single, slow elevator is a bottleneck and a safety hazard. The roof leaks. There are no backup generators, causing the building to be dark, cold or hot in power failures, and navigating apartments in the dark impossible. The water system is often turned off for repairs. There is inadequate hot water for bathing or washing. There are inadequate laundry facilities with poor quality, often broken appliances. The food is institutional/hospital quality-yuck! Residents are unfriendly and are broken up into cliques. Staff has no emergency medical training, even basic first aid, resulting in unnecessary deaths and injuries.
