Welcoming management and caring staff upon touring and calling for information. The building is very clean with a kind, comfortable, and safe 'next phase' of life environment for seniors entering their mid 60's and older. Highly recommend to anyone looking to simplify their retirement years and responsibilities as they age.

My father had resided at Chippewa Place quite a few years back and loved it. The time has come for my mother in-law to be transitioning to a safer environment, with a more social crowd during her golden years, and less maintenance to keep tabs on such as her large house upkeep. Our entire family could not be more relieved and happy that almost the same group of employees still work at Chippewa Place after all this time, and that mom has made her own decision to move there without any persuasion. We know mom will be truly taken care of and surrounded by good, GOOD people! and our family all can agree that Chippewa Place is a jackpot for your senior loved one, even better than when we had our father there.

You will not be disappointed with Chippewa Place, Alison and a majority of the staff have been there 10 years+ and are still there smiling!
