Centennial House of Apple Valley is an intimate memory and Alzheimer’s care home. Our home features a pond, four dining rooms, a gazebo room and several communal areas for residents to relax. Our compassionate caregivers provide support services where needed while encouraging residents to maintain and even grow their independence and privacy.
