You cannot judge by outer appearances. There's nothing fancy about this facility, but the staff is AMAZING! I've taken my mother to another facility that by appearances seemed really nice...but, she hated it and didn't want to go. My mother loves Centennial and comes home with a huge smile and lifted up. THAT'S what's important!
