The facility is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. There are a few exceptions though. The sales manager is not very professional, discussing difficult residents with other residents and their families. The staff turnover is very high. Most staff members are caring but a few should not be working with the elderly. The food is satisfactory but could improve by asking residents what they would like to eat.
