CEM’s Heaven’s Gate, LLC is a licensed intimate assisted living and Alzheimer’s Care home. We offer three to five meals a day and are happy to provide transportation to doctors visits and scheduled outings. Our residents enjoy holiday parties in our beautiful home. You can often find our residents getting some fresh air and relaxing on our screened in back porch.
