Brookdale Fredericksburg

My mum moved in to the facility about 5weeks ago, the Executive Director was very patient with us though we did not have any appointment. He lead us into his clean office and listened to us very attentively. After which he said, help me know your mum so that we can provide her with her needs. I was very humbled and immediately moved my mother in. That has been the best decision of my life. My calls are always returned in a timely manner and the staff are very respectful. I love the teamwork in the building and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. Thanks to to staff!

My Auntie has been at Brookdale Fredericksburg for time now. In the past we were having so many issues with communication. Auntie was not getting the right food and staff were unhappy. Things have really turned around and I hope they keep it that way. The staff are more attentive and call me if there is any issue with my auntie and their food has now gotten better. The guy in charge of nursing is such an amazing human being. He takes time to explain every question without rushing you out as it has been the practice of the past. Please do not change.
