Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake

Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake is a horror. Moved Mom in for 6 weeks and she cried every day. Management is rude and nasty to resident loved ones. They lied about having no rooms, so family paid for 6 weeks in advance without my mom living there. In reality, there were plenty of rooms. I can understand why. Rooms are filthy, cracked ceilings and paint falling. After giving 4400 hundred dollars prior to mom moving in, they should have had the room cleaned. When we took my mom out of there (thank goodness), I was promised a refund back for overcharging me on service rate (without telling me). I was short changed and now they will not give me the balance. Management does not return emails or phone calls unless I contact Corporate. Even then, the area director is unsympathetic and uncaring.
