Ashley Manor - Cory Lane

My mom has been at Ashley Manor for a year and a half now is totally happy there. I can't think of anything that the staff doesn't try their best. It's very clean and their routine is very efficient. I feel very comfortable with her being there because of the care that they take with her. With visitors being banned because of the virus I have to trust them to give her tender loving care and she gets that at Ashley Manor. Sandy is always there to take care of the little problems that my mom has from time to time. Very satisfied with their service.

I am so grateful for the care my mother received at Ashley Manor-Cory Lane, Boise Idaho. She had the best care at your facility for the last fifteen months of her blessed life. She was happy, felt very safe and loved there. Your staff, I cannot find the right words on how wonderful they all are!! Kitchen staff was very tuned into her needs and very compassionate. They also made me feel special. I will miss all of them. I am so lucky to have found your facility for my mother. Thank you for loving my mother like she was your family member.

Marcy from Ashley Manor was so helpful in getting my mother into memory care which was quite urgent. I found the place to be comfortable and homey, an ideal place for my mom. So far my mom has done better than I could possibly have hoped for. Jasmine the director is wonderful and very communicative. I was surprised to see how happy my mom was on my first visit and I am hopeful that she will be very happy here.

In January after 12 years at another property I moved my mother to Ashley Manor on Cory Ln. Best move ever!! She has surprised everyone, she is happy and content! She feels very safe and enjoys getting out of her room now. Before she would not leave her room except to have meals the last two years. She is enjoying the outings with the other residents here. Her health has improved also. A1c is much better now. She is not as depressed and anxious as at the other property. When family comes to visit they ask her how she likes her new home and she tells them it is like the Ritz compared to the other place! They don't feed me sandwiches all the time here. They have very good food and well balanced. She also enjoys the care she is receiving. She is very pleased that they come and take care of her room everyday. Ask if there is anything she needs or they can do for her. They make her feel special and she feels they do like to care for her. She does not feel she is imposing on anyone like the other property. Your staff is amazing! Thank you for making her happy.
