To obtain Aid and Attendance benefits for my dad & mom for a VA case that's been on-going for 1 1/2 years. The VA claims dad's measly 24k annual income exceeds the VA limit, and the VA continues to FAIL to see that his expenses are triple his income - need the contact name and number please for a non-fraudulent VA attorney in the St. Petersburg, clearwater, Pasco or Tampa area please. Even Congressman Rich Nugent's office was UNHELPFUL in obtaining benefits! - VA denied twice and fails to see the paperwork that has been submitted at least 3 times from the VA officer.
