Not a question- just an update...

As I posted before, I've scheduled my hubby for a week of respite care starting next Wed. Today I met with the director and the nurse to complete the paperwork. I am overwhelmed with the help these ladies have planned to keep him happy. Since he gets up several times at night to make toast and coffee, they are putting a toaster in the wellness office along side the coffee maker. All he has to do is ask for it.
In addition, they are moving a recliner into his room, because he needs to keep his legs elevated.
And last, but most important, my friend can bring my dog to see him. I hope he decides he wants to stay. It will make it so much easier for me.
