Happy Mother's Day!

For everyone out there who is giving their mom the "gift of care" today and everyday, remember you have made an important decision to honor your mom in a way that goes far beyond a Hallmark card, flowers or phone call. Take time to remember why you are doing this, (because unless you are tied down we all have the choice to walk away) and how to take care of yourself at the same time.
