So now i am jobless and searching for care job but of course I was attached already to my patient she is just lovely and caring too. Just want to express here. No one knows me here. im a female and i have been taking care of my patient for 2 years and just like that because she was happy i lost my job.

We are not an employment agency. We are a forum of Caregivers sharing our experiences.

IIf you are in the US there are agencies who hire. Care.com you can look for employment there. Word of mouth is usually the way aides get hired.

Sometimes what you think is a good idea to do ( like taking your patient out) , is not what the employer wants .

Consider this a lesson . We all learn along the way while working .

You’ll find another job and you’ll take this lesson with you to be clear about and follow rules and what the employer allows .
Good Luck .

"because she was happy i lost my job".

You know that is not true.

So you were actually fired for taking this patient out when I'm guessing you weren't supposed to, not because you made her happy, right.
Make sure that you're not living in denial about the real reason for your firing.

You didn't get fired because you made this client "happy". I've been an employer for decades and this is not how it works. You aren't telling us everything because no employer fires someone without giving a reason -- even if you are hired "at will".

Sometimes employees are "let go" because the employer is overstaffed or there's not enough need for that much staff or the position is eliminated.

Not sure what you want from us -- we're mostly private family caregivers ourselves. If you want a pity party you'll have to look elsewhere. And if you want another caregiving job, you better be prepared to only do what your job description says. If the person you took out is someone with dementia and a possible wander risk, or has lost their executive functions, then this was ill-advised. Making a patient happy isn't always the goal or possible: sometimes it's just about keeping them safe and healthy.

If you think you were unfairly fired, you have recourse by searching online for legal help.

Nothing you said here makes any sense whatsoever, imho. People are not fired for making people happy unless there is a good deal more to the story.

You haven't asked for opinions, nor have you given full facts, so I must assume you are here for a good vent. That's fine. Welcome to the Forum.

You were allowed or not allowed to take this patient out? Did you get permission first? This is a one sided story, of course, but I'm sorry you were fired. This is a forum for caregivers to elders, however, not a job site. I wish you luck in finding a new job and suggest you know the rules up front in the future, to protect yourself from further issues.
