How old are you and how old is the person you are caring for?

I'm 44 and my mom is 75 and dad 80.

I"m feeling like an old 67 and MIL is 96 and doesn't seem to have a care in the world.

I am 59, father is 92

I am 43 and grandma is 83

Actually I am 43 grandma on hospice is 83 and grandfather is 86.

I'm 66, my husband is 84 and my mother is 89.

Im 58 work FT teaching and FT remainder of time caring for mom 87

I'll be 45 in September and Mom will be 75 in July. Some days I feel 90.

I hear ya SusanA43....I am 39 and I feel like that too b/c of all the stress and no help from family. You're not alone. I feel like I struggle to keep up every day.

im 56 and mom is 89

I am 32 my father is 61

I'm 44, mom is 82 (dad died in 2012, he was 83).

Im 50 ( but have aged 20 years in the last year ) My mother is 74, acting like 10

conroeparker......you made me chuckle a bit....I was talking to my mom the other day and when I hung up with her, my husband said she acts like a child....so true!

I'm 55 ...Dad is 90

I'm 50...Mami is 84.

I'm 39. Mom is 75 and dad is 80.

I'm 56 and my mother is 86. And I know she will out live me.

Im mid 50's MIL AND MOM ARE 88 AUNT IS 85....

My Dad died last night. I am 59; he was 92.

I can't say b/c then POA if she is on here, she would know who I am. Let's just say that I am between the ages of 55 and 70 and my husband is between the ages of 70 and 80 and mother is between the ages of 80 and 95. If POA sister would recognize me she would scream at me. She is always looking for a fight. I can't do anything right in her eyes.

I thought I was the only one dealing with this at my age. Glad to see there are others. I'm 32, mom with late stage Alz is 65, dad just turned 80.

I'm 58 and mom will be 91 in two weeks. I am disabled too...so it does make things interesting.

I am 22 and my mother is 61 iv been taking care of her since I can remember, I had already Been caring for her before I was 15. And I still am to this day due to family problems my siblings have never cared for her so I being the youngest have always cared for her and struggled through life I have lost so many jobs and my siblings are all over twice my age and are settled and have good paying jobs and I can't even go to college or get a good job cause I have to deal with my mom I recently got a house and brought her to live with me since we sold our old house and of course cause I love her we continue to live together and I brought her with me we have always lived together but she keeps pushing my buttons if it's not one thing it's another and she lies to family saying things that I've done but I've never even done what she says like saying I hit her in front of several people. I REALLY NEED SOME HELP I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO THIS IS AFFECTING MY LIFE EVERYDAY AND NIGHT ITS EVEN AFFECTING MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY PARTNER AND FRIENDS WHO RARELY VISIT DUE TO HER BEHAVIOR.I respect my mother so I wouldn't kick her out or tell her to leave cause I am the only child who cares about her and has always been there no matter what. PLEASE HELP

I'm 49 and my mum is 81

I'm 51... My brothers 53, 61 and sil 57, nephew/nieces in their mid thirties team up to take care of my 92 y o mom. She's a handful. We love her so much
