To Frequent flyer, yes to my android phone and android tablet work the same.
Lea, I can't go thru Profile to get to my Acct. I am not given the option. I have to go thru settings on both my phone and tablet.
Thats why I say "I am on a tablet". On laptops and desk tops the format seems to be different.

Under Settings there is another set of tabs that includes "My Account" with an option to close.
Pretty slick to have more than one way to accomplish the same result!

Go to your Profile, My Account (not Settings), then hit Close Account. Your account won't be deleted, just closed.

Click on the ball next to your name. Click on settings, then click on account and scroll down to "delete" acct.
I am on a pad so not sure how a laptop screen looks.
