I want to apologize to everyone on this board for my actions yesterday. You were witness to a man at the edge holding on with his finger tips. I believe the strength and caring of this board saved me.You are the only ones who understand.

Yes, we all can understand... many of us have been there. It comes from frustration that we just can't fix everything. I have to keep reminding myself I am only human.
