My 80 year old mother aortic valve almost closed and she was told she will not survive heart surgery. Her body is shutting down.

Yes please get hospice if she is at home, they know what to do and can get meds instantly to the home.

Hospice folks are incredible and deal with end of life issues everyday...
Bless you and her docs for not allowing her to go through an invasive surgery...it would be too much for her.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
