I've got that joy joy joy joy down in my heart, down in my heart to stay"

No need to respond, this is just the way I've been feeling the last few days, been singing this song and it makes me feel so very good to be able to sing again.

And I just wanted to share this good feeling and hope it spreads.

Pamela, thanks for sharing that. I am glad to know you are appreciating your freedom.

I still have tons of drama to deal with, and some grief associated with watching our loved ones decline. So, all is not rosy, but it's also not all bad. We are doing the very best we can under the circumstances. While not all is joy, we still can have the peace that passes understanding. There are moments of joy, and I cling to those with fervor.

I am not celebrating freedom, I am celebrating the happiness I thought I'd lost, the friendships that I've re-established and thought I'd lost, a re-connection with people, strangers neighbors, just an appreciation for life itself, and I'm celebrating this energy I'm feeling. I just feel good!!
