My patient had a Urinary Infection. I took him to the ER and the Doctors gave him IV fluids and IV antibiotics. They decided to send him home at 8 pm. I told them three times that I it was bad idea. They indicated that that the hospital did not have a room for him. I took him home and next morning he awoke with a fever. I had the to call the ambulance to take him back to the hospital and then he was admitted.
