Sorry, don't think you'll get any bites here. Most of us are Caregivers considered "Seniors" here in the states. That means 55 and up taking care of LOs in their 80s and 90s. I doubt when our caregiving is done, we will want to do it again.

To tell the truth, you may be the first poster from Africa to this forum. Maybe what you may want to do is find info on what goes into training nurses aides. These r usually the ones that do the dressing, bathing and actual caring of a patient. This way you can train some locals to help. If you can gather donations, then maybe paying them. This would help your economy.
