The family is deciding IF parents returning to summer home in NC is the best for mother. We are looking into day or home care close to them

Try www.agingcare.com/Find-Senior-Care/ or www.eldercare.gov. If neither comes up with any care agencies in the zip code you are searching, you could try the phone book in that area. Public libraries usually have phone books from all over.
