My dad lives with my sister,r free and enjoys a private pension. He will not spend a 'penny' and expects my sister to meet all his needs.

We recently forced my 90-year-old mother to move into assisted living. She had been living alone, but could not take care of her self and even forgot where she lived. Now she is angry and upset about being taken from her home.

Looking for supporting research that it is detrimental to remove a dementia person from their long term residence. Caregivers etc in place.
