Hi Flowers, I was curious what you are thinking about. I actually do go to a support group, It reminds me that I'm not alone in my own community, and it just gives a sense of having some kind of social interaction with other people who understand some of the stuff I go through.
There are usually supports groups of some kind that would be appropriate for caregivers whereever you are. Try your local hospital or even social services.
