My son is taking care of all of my bills, but I know that I am able too. What should I do about receiving care and caregiving?

My family has been torn apart because my oldest son took a 28,OOO CD and cashed it in. The estate said I had to put the CD in my estate.

I saw on your profile that one of your sons has taken a $28,000 CD of yours and cashed it in? If that is the case, then maybe this 'care taking' that you're talking about is for your own good. What do you think?
