Mom and dad are listed on my bank account for emergency purposes. If they declare bankruptcy or get sued by a creditor can my account be affected?

WELL THEY WILL SEPERATE AFTER THEY DETERMINED WHAT IS THEIRS AND WHAT IS YOURS
