is there any financial help for those who are disabled that are incontinent as a result of their disability?

See if your state has a medicade waiver program. They go by your income. I got my mother on it and she gets help with bathing and home care. She also gets meals on wheels 5 days a week and also free bed pads and pull ups or diapers for adults. Call the human services in your area and they can direct you. I do know they go by your income and disability. It is worth a try. Good Luck

Dave - I've investigated several programs for my uncles and parents and have never heard of anything specifically related to incontinence or the cost of pads/adult diapers etc. This comment has some ideas for looking into what's available in your area, copy and paste it into your browser or search "incontinence" on this site.
