Where to find help with finding a home for disabled person?

The only suggestion I can think of is to try to find subsidized housing. I wish there were more options, but that's as much as I know about the issue of housing for disabled, unless you're a vet and were injures during service. In that case contact the VA or one of the service organizations to help you get service connected disability; that would provide some more funds for you.
