My parents want me to be their DPOA and I'm not sure how to do it or who to contact. We live in Jacksonville Fl. Can you recommend someone?

Best to research and call several to get their rates for services, etc., if your Parents do not already have an Attorney they have worked with in the

Also check your Local phone book listings and call a few/visit their websites to learn more about them.

You can also call services like 1-800-Lawyers for Refs. Most Attorneys that are listed with them will usually offer a free half hour of consultation before billed hours kick in if you take on their services.
