Where can I find a physical rehabilitation center that will provide help for my mom recovering from a stroke on her right side?

How can I find a facility for my 74-year old sister who had a stroke a month ago and needs 24-hour supervision. She has expressive & receptive aphasia.

Sistermine, contact your local council on aging.... if you live in the States, go to the website link below.... click on your State.... now click on the city/county. The agency should be able to direct you. https://www.agingcare.com/local/Area-Agency-on-Aging
