Find Care & Housing
If there is a particular reason why you no longer have POA/health proxy, then you may not be permitted to even take her to medical appointments. HIPPA regulations prohibit the release of medical information. The patient or the current POA/health proxy would need to sign a release allowing you to see test results or other medical information. If the patient or the current health care POA will not sign a release, then you may not receive medical information.
