If she is disabled and needs help for basic needs, there is a plan called Home Health Care. It can be offered thru her Medicare or Medicaid. You have to call Medicare or Medicaid, depending on what she has, to set this up. It does require approval thru her doctor. Medicare or Medicaid will send a rep to your home with a series of questions to confirm that she is eligible for this service.
