Find Care & Housing
OCD is obsessive compulsive disorder. Some people with dementia exhibit OCD symptoms such as repeated skin picking, or having to have everything done in a certain order to reduce their stress.

There are some medications that are marginally effective for OCD, but if there is dementia present, dementia medications or anti-anxiety medications may help. Medical help is needed.
Take care,
Carol
